Description
Alaska Academy, located in the vibrant Cau Giay District of Hanoi, is looking for passionate, dedicated educators to join our international team starting in June & July 2026.
Available Positions
* Subjects: Language Arts (English), Science, and Math
* Levels: Preschool, Primary, and Secondary (Grade K to Grade 7)
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver high-quality, engaging lessons in collaboration with Vietnamese co-teachers.
* Independently design and develop comprehensive lesson plans derived from the school’s core curriculum.
* Tailor instruction to student interests and maintain a supportive classroom environment.
* Manage open, professional communication with parents regarding student progress.
* Contribute to curriculum adaptation and complete comprehensive semester reports.
Candidate Requirements
* Nationality: Native English speakers (US, UK, Ireland, South Africa, AU, NZ, or Canada) for work permit compliance.
* Education: Bachelor’s degree in Education OR a degree with 3+ years of verifiable international teaching experience.
* Certification: Valid TEFL/TESOL/CELTA certificate.
* Traits: A genuine love for working with children and expertise in core academic subjects.
* Schedule: Full-time (Mon–Fri, 7:45 AM – 4:30 PM).
