Description
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Train and develop teachers
• Build academic programs (Syllabus – Tests – Materials…)
• Teach: 60 hours/month
• Office and academic duties: 100 hours/month
• Observe classes, evaluate teachers, improve teaching quality
• Work with Center Manager to maintain academic standards across branches
REQUIREMENTS
• Filipino nationality
• Bachelor’s degree in Education/English or related fields
• TESOL/TEFL/CELTA required
• Minimum 3 years teaching experience + 2 years academic/training/curriculum experience
• Experience teaching Kids/Teens and IELTS (SAT/STEM is a plus)
• Strong leadership, training, and academic management skills
