Description

The Roles included are:

  1. Active Students grow & Students Retention: Delivery Academic Placement Tests Performance Management by Helping the Center front desk sales & care team to improve their productivity by conducting Academic Placement test for new students’ enrollment, existing students for re-enrollment at high-quality, up-to-date support material & able to hit the enrollment target monthly with conversion ratio of academic placement test at 1:2 or 1:1.
  2. Marketing Coordination: Making Monthly Academic Marketing Support Plan & Scheduling events, workshop, demo, trial classes with high academic quality presentation to students & parents for offline & online activities.
  3. Customer Care Academic Collaboration: Collaborating with other departments to ensure sales, marketing, customer services queries related to academic and deliveries are handled efficiently.
  4. Academic Training Support: Developing and maintaining academic training system for new employees & existing none teachers & teacher’s employees
  5. Teachers Recruitment: Post job for recruiting Teachers, assist sorting list of teachers, coordinating the interview, interviewing, process admin hiring process when candidates are approved for hiring & training new teacher. Ensuring adherence to laws, regulations, and policies of I Can Read Vietnam.
  6. Class cover: in case of emergency without enough cover teachers
  7. Other Academic or Customer Service Project: might be decided from MD & ABSM for ongoing developments objectives of employee

Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
  • Owned TESOL, CELTA, or other teaching certification.
  • >=3 years in teaching for Adults & Pre-Primary Students.
  • Experience as a sales & Marketing coordinator, customer service or in administration may be advantageous.
  • Good team development and leadership skills.
  • Computer literacy.
  • Good administrative, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication, sales, and customer service skills.
  • The ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and meet deadlines.
  • Current knowledge of industry trends and regulations.

KPI’s

  1. Call Marketing, Sales Placement Assessments, Academic Marketing Activities: 70%
  2. Teachers Recruitments: 30%
