  • Holding TESOL or TEFL teaching certificates and having at least 2 years of teaching experience.
  • Holding Bachelor's or Master's degrees.
  • Undergoing periodic professional assessments and training.
  • Being trained in understanding child psychology, positive behavior management, etc.
