E-connect is the leading foreign language education company in Vietnam. The company now has a network of over 60 schools nationwide. National Foreign Languages 2020 Project and guidance of Department of Hanoi Education on English teaching are to strengthen the foreign element of Language Centre E-Connect at schools in Hanoi, including 14 elementary, secondary and high schools during the year of 2013 – 2014. After a period of deployment scheme, the Department of Education and Training in Hanoi gives some evaluation as followed:

The project received enthusiastic support from students and parents. This is reflected in the amount of 100% of registered students is guaranteed during the course (from 3/2014 to 5/2014), as well as their enthusiasm and active of students in each class.

The curriculums sticks with the program of Ministry of Education and Training, effective and complement skills of listening and speaking to students, help children become familiar with English and learning English. The Curriculum used textbook "Family and Friends" and "Solution" from publisher Oxford University Press, was licensed for using in primary schools by the Ministry of Education and Training in dispatches No. 4329 / BGDĐT - PED dated 27/06/2013. The timetable for the program fits well under the direction of the Department of Education and Training and the Hanoi Education and Training Department of the county in order to ensure sufficient durations 8 lessons / month and not affect other subjects.

Teachers are 100% native speaker  certified with international English teaching (CELTA, TEFL), along with teaching assistants from: Diplomatic Academy of Vietnam, University of Education, University of Foreign Languages, University of Hanoi Foreign Trade University, who have IELTS, TOEFL certificate. The school also actively arranged the key trainers to support and supervise the professional quality of each class.

The schools and the centre have invested the classrooms with modern facilities in order to create the best conditions for teaching and learning. The students, whose families are in difficult circumstances, have been provided with full tuition exemption. Each year, the center has created final exams standardized language competency frameworks of Vietnam (6 degrees) to perform the inspection and evaluation of students participating in the project.

The project is implemented under the supervision and management of 03 parties: the center, the University and the Department of Education and Training in Hanoi or Department of Education and Training in the county. Strict management methods are to ensure the quality of the scheme in each school in the long term.
