Below is the detailed procedure of the English Teaching Placement in Vietnam (EPIV) 2024 by Vietnam Teaching Jobs (VTJ)

STEP 1
Teachers get to know about EPIV's Program at Vietnam Teaching Jobs (VTJ) including: Requirements, a specific program's OFFER service packages before applying the program.
STEP 2
Teachers complete the request form below for choosing the start date preferred & related information
STEP 3
VTJ consultants proceed to scan the documents and set up an initial interview.
STEP 4
VTJ connects with the partner employer in the EPIV program to conduct additional meetings and exchanges with the employer unit.
STEP 5
VTJ assists in finalizing placement information with the employer for the teacher.
STEP 6
VTJ guides the teacher to completing all procedures and related documents, such as legalizing documents and visa processing.
STEP 7
VTJ provides guidance on pre-departure information and orientation sessions.
STEP 8
VTJ arranges the pick-up of teachers and provides support for travel to the confirmed accommodation.

VTJ offers continuous support during the teacher's time in Vietnam.

  • Day 2: VTJ Orientation Day 1

    Daily life in Vietnam for Expat & Documents double-checking

    Cultural immersion & having a social meet-up with ESL teachers within VTJ’s network

  • Day 4: Pre-Teaching Support

    Full guidance from VTJ’s Team before supporting teachers come to assigned employer’s location (STANDARD EPIV PROGRAM) or before starting VPFET at the reputable university in Vietnam

  • Day 5: Ongoing In-country Support
