Level: Primary (Grades 3–5 / CEFR A1)
Objective: Teach students vocabulary for clothes, shoes, and accessories, and practice the question “What are you wearing?”.

Content Overview:

  • Vocabulary Presentation:
    • Clothes: T-shirt, shirt, sweater, jacket, coat, dress, skirt, jeans, shorts, swimsuit…
    • Shoes: trainers, boots, flip-flops, slippers, heels…
    • Accessories: glasses, scarf, earmuffs, belt, handbag, socks…
  • Grammar Rules:
    • Use of articles: a T-shirt / jeans / trousers.
    • Example sentences: Mary is wearing a T-shirt. Tim is wearing jeans and a shirt.
  • Practice Activities:
    • What are they wearing? tasks with pictures of boys and girls.
    • Multiple-choice quizzes identifying clothes and accessories.
  • Reading Passage – “I like clothes!”
    • Short text about fashion, shopping habits, and seasonal clothes.
    • Comprehension questions: What does she wear in summer? What does she wear in winter? What is her job?

Use Case:
Perfect for ESL/EFL teachers to use in lessons on clothes vocabulary, articles, and Present Continuous (“is wearing”). Suitable for whole-class presentation, individual practice, and pair-work speaking.
