Position Overview

UCLA English Academy is seeking passionate and skilled English Teachers to join our academic team. Key Responsibilities

• Teaching
  Deliver interactive English lessons for students aged 5+ using diverse methods.
  Adapt lesson plans and materials based on student needs.
  Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback.
• Classroom Management
  Create a positive, inclusive learning environment.
  Encourage active student participation and maintain effective classroom behavior.
• Administration
  Prepare and distribute lesson materials.
  Maintain accurate records of attendance, progress, and assessments.
  Complete academic reports and administrative tasks as required.
• Professional Development
  Participate in training sessions and ongoing professional growth activities.

Requirements

• Fluent level of English language proficiency.
• English teaching qualifications such as TEFL, TESOL, CELTA, DELTA, or other reputable certifications.
• Minimum 1 year of teaching experience at international schools or English centers.
• Strong classroom management and communication skills.
• Dedicated, detail-oriented, flexible, and genuinely interested in student growth.
• Availability to work evenings and weekends.
• IELTS teaching experience is a strong advantage.
