Full-time Kindy Teacher with Leadership Responsibilities 

(Female Native Teachers preferred)

*Key Responsibilities:

-Lead and manage a classroom effectively, creating a nurturing and engaging learning environment for young children.

-Collaborate with parents to understand students' developmental goals, address concerns, and discuss learning needs.

-Work closely with the school administration to develop and implement educational plans tailored to student needs.

-Observe other teachers' classes to assess teaching practices and classroom management.

-Provide constructive feedback and guidance to teachers, suggesting alternative teaching methods and strategies to improve classroom outcomes.

-Review and support the development of lesson plans, offering assistance in solving instructional challenges.

-Conduct quarterly or annual evaluations of teachers, providing reports and recommendations for improvement.

-Facilitate regular meetings with teaching staff to discuss educational activities and liaise between teachers and the administration.

-Monitor and track student academic performance to identify progress and areas needing additional support.

*Qualifications:

-Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Early Childhood Education or a related field.

-Minimum of 3–5 years of teaching experience in an early childhood education setting.

-Proven leadership abilities with experience mentoring or training other educators.

-Strong communication and interpersonal skills, especially with parents and staff.

-Deep understanding of child development principles and best practices in early childhood education.

-Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
