Description
JOB DUTIES:
- Teaching 1-1 or groups of 2-18 students according to the methods and textbooks provided. The usual class size is between 10 and 15 students.
- Taking care of and motivating students to reach their full potential in the English language.
- Recording, commenting on, and reporting students' learning progress to the Academic Department, and regularly providing feedback to students.
- Willingness to support marketing activities (TikTok, YouTube content, pictures) and training activities as assigned by the management team.
- Updating teaching materials.
- Assisting in conducting placement tests to determine the most suitable classes for students.
- Performing some other tasks assigned by the Board of Directors.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Native English speaker with a passport from the USA, UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Ireland, or South Africa (Vietnamese immigration policy).
- Bachelor’s degree (BA or higher).
- CELTA, TESOL or equivalent recognized entry-level qualification to teach English as a Foreign/Second Language.
- IELTS certification is a plus.
- Experience: Previous experience teaching young learners is an advantage.
- Passion for teaching and confident personality.
- Strong desire to contribute to the learning and progress of students.
- Dedicated to going the extra mile and striving for excellent feedback from students.
- Willingness to accept constructive feedback.
