Position: Ielts Teacher (Part-time)
Responsibility
a. Teaching activity
- Be a part-time teacher in the IvyPrep center, the teacher is expected to:
- Take classes at the programs/ levels as contracted;
- Substitute teaching when required;
- Follow the requirements stated in the Teacher Handbook (the latest version - 2023).
b. Taking part in non-teaching activities
- A part-time teacher is expected to:
- Take part in internal and external training courses (non-paid)
- Attend events, tests, contests and other activities (paid)
c. Communications
- A part-time teacher for IvyPrep is expected to use IvyPrep email and Workplace for communications.
Benefits:
- Payment per hour per course.
- Payment per hour for non-teaching activities upon request.
- Allowance for traveling more than 11km (distance from your house to the campus).
Location:
- IvyPrep Campus: 252 Hoang Quoc Viet Street, Cau Giay Dist., Ha Noi City
Work time
- Weekday evenings: 6 - 8 PM | 6 - 9 PM
- Weekends: Different time slots, 8 AM - 9 PM | Each class will last approximately 2-3 hours.
For this position, we expect the teacher to have:
- At least 02-year experience in teaching ESL/ American K-12/ ELA
- A university degree;
- A teaching certificate (TESOL/TEFL/ CELTA)
