ILO Preschool is founded and operated by ILA, one of the largest International Language Providers in Vietnam, with over 25 years of experience in the education industry. ILO Preschool is a bilingual preschool that combines Finnish early childhood education concepts, considered among the best in the world today, with our dynamic, play-based methodologies developed for Vietnamese children. WHAT YOU NEED

• English proficiency level: Native.
• Minimum 3-year Bachelor's degree.
• A recognised qualification in English Language Teaching with a duration of 120+ hours (TEFL Level 4 Certificate or higher, Ninja TESOL, AVSE TESOL, CELTA/Trinity, or equivalent).
• Be able to commit to teaching at ILO the full Academic Year.
• Be flexible, creative, and enthusiastic about working with children from 18 months - 6 years old.
• Have at least one year of ILA Jumpstart teaching experience (or equivalent) to a proficient standard.
• Previous experience teaching in a bilingual or international kindergarten setting is desirable.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons that foster 'whole child' development.
• Assess and monitor student progress and provide feedback and support.
• Collaborate with other teachers and staff to ensure a cohesive and positive school culture.
• Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers.
• Participate in professional development and training opportunities.
