Atlantic Five-Star English is recruiting
Full-time Secondary Teachers to join our
in-school teaching team for the
2024-2025 school year.
This post is ideal for an experienced, dedicated teacher looking for
long-term, daytime, hours teaching students aged
11-15.
Schools are mainly located in Hanoi. Travel allowances are provided for certain schools that are
more than 9kms from the center of Hanoi.
Courses start in September and will continue to the end of the school year in May 2025. Teachers will be required to attend an induction week before the start of classes.
COURSE INFO:
Class size:
- approximately 25 – 30 students for normal sized classes
- bigger size classes with more than 30 students will attract a supplementary allowance
Contract length:
Teaching hours:
- Guaranteed minimum of 60 hours per month for full-time teachers
Compensation:
- From 540,000 VND gross plus allowances (based on experience/qualifications)

ROLE REQUIREMENTS
Essential
- High quality Face to Face EFL Teaching Certificate (CELTA / Trinity CertTESOL or equivalent)
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- Minimum 2 year English teaching experience (Secondary experience preferred)
- Cultural awareness and flexibility to work in a state-school environment
- A clean criminal record
Desirable
- Delta / DipTESOL / relevant MA with practical teaching component
- Previous experience of teaching in Vietnamese state schools
