-I worked at this international school, which followed Reggio Emilia methodology with students from ages 3-6 years old. I collaborated with other colleagues after learning the needs of each student for a more effective presentation and application of learning English. I created fun ways to learn English words, letters, and phrases simple enough for all students to feel accomplished after each private session. These sessions are to include, large groups, one-on-one, and small groups.

Alongside a lead teacher and Chinese teacher, I work with the students to prepare them for the next grade. I work on their progress, development and understand where they need to be. We learn through large groups, small groups and one-on-one. Also, I maintain reports and a portfolio for each student. I communicate with the parents and help them to understand their child’s developments, progress, and any concerns.
