My journey into the English language profession started back when I was nineteen and worked for an American financial company as a customer support catering to the needs of American clients. With the intense exposure and nature, my spoken English was reinforced and it got diversified with the different cultures when I became an English tutor to Koreans, Japanese and Taiwanese of varied ages in an academy. During my stay in the academy, I became skillful with English grammar and with the different micro and macro skills of the language as I was trained not only to an effective ESL teacher but to be a TOEIC and TOEFL teacher as well. The methodology of the different communicative examinations strengthened my grasp of English. The English language then brought me to another culture as I became an online tutor for Chinese learners and my teaching manner became more colorful as I taught the elderly, adults and even toddlers in a virtual setting. English brought me to the diversity of cultures and lifestyles. I found the language engrossing and received my diploma on it in 2017. In April of 2018, I acquired my TESOL certification.
Working at an early age and bringing out the positive in failures opened my mind to different perspectives in life. It taught me the weight of my actions. I adapt then become adept to certain skill sets as I continue to walk down the road. I see and expect myself to deliver what I am meant to wherever I am.
