With more than 20 years of experience in hospitality industry across Europe, Caribbean and Asia, taking positions of responsibility in the restaurants, bars, banquetting and catering. During this period I attended courses and internships for Food & Beverage Management, Enology, Wellness Cuisine, Customer Service, I enriched and solidified my professional background, I’m a very positive and passionate person; possess great communication and motivational skills. One of my other strong points is that I have a great drive for achieving 5 star service and the high standards. I also gained experience during the pre-opening, start-up operations, I build up and bring my team up to a high standard.
