About me

Hi, I am Corsenio P. Inoferio, Jr., a 32-year-old, A Licensed Professional Teacher from the Philippines. I am passionate, dedicated, and hardworking, with a strong commitment to personal and professional growth. I earned my Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Major in Marketing Management in 2014. Driven by my passion for teaching, I pursued education units in Secondary Education and successfully passed the Licensure Examination for Teachers in 2019.

My diverse work experience across different industries has honed my skills in public speaking, training facilitation, activity and event organization, and stakeholder engagement. While I may not yet have formal teaching experience, I consider teaching familiar to me because my previous roles involved handling groups of people from various associations in the province. These people were coffee and banana cardava farmers. I shared valuable information, taught strategies, conducted focus-group discussions and capacitated them through trainings to improve their lives. Through this, I developed not only the skill but also the genuine care and passion for sharing knowledge, insights, and learnings with others.

Key Accomplishments:

 	<li>Consistently achieved an above-average performance appraisal rating (91%–96%), reflecting both my work output and positive attitude towards colleagues and responsibilities at NCCC Mall Tagum (2017).</li>
 	<li>Honored with the Trailblazer Award as Marketing Specialist at IPI for introducing an innovative project repurposing empty Casino Alcohol bottles into Christmas ornaments for a community-based competition in partnership with Sangguniang Kabataan (SK) and LGU Carmen, Davao del Norte (2020).</li>
 	<li>As JR P3 Provincial Coordinator of Small Business Corporation, successfully facilitated 244 loan applications, with 145 approved and 137 released, amounting to ₱4.9M loan disbursement as of November 2020.</li>
 	<li>As Value Chain Facilitator of the DTI RAPID Growth Project, spearheaded the establishment of two Industry Provincial Organizations and facilitated 10+ Commercial Partnership Agreements (CPAs) in the Banana Cardava and Coffee industries (2021-2024).</li>
