I. Job Description:
- Finding potential candidates by company’s database or by other recruitment channels (facebook group, …), post jobs (Website, Linkedin, Fanpage, Career Builder, …)
- Conducting an interview process to assess teachers’ professionalism and their soft skills to connect job opportunities that match their competencies.
- Advising potential teachers on suitable jobs.
- Measuring recruitment effectiveness based on the number of CVs.
- Taking care of candidates, checking information, screening as well as statistics the number of candidates from VTJ’s website.
- Searching and identifying potential customers to introduce our matching service packages.
- Building long-term customer database and negotiating service fees which suitable for each company.
- Making contracts and related procedures (invoices, payment receipts, acceptance records, liquidation of contracts, …) for customers.
II. Job Requirements:
1. Education level:
Graduated from college/university. Having experience in recruiting foreign personnel.
Expertise:
Having knowledge about recruitment, management, etc.
2. Skills:
- Communication and listening skills
- Ability to learn, analyze and solve problems.
- Ability to work in groups and manage the groups (teamwork)
- Time management.
– Language skills: Proficient in English (4 skills)
– Computer skills: Proficient in Office computer
3. Experience:
– At least 6 months of recruitment experiences.

III. Working Benefits:
– Working time: 5 days / week, 7 hours / day (8h30 -12h00; 13h30 – 17h00)
