Obtain a criminal record certificate at any Provincial Justice Department
You need to prepare some documents, then go to the provincial justice department to submit them. The fee for applying for a criminal record is 200,000 VND/person. Then, you can get a criminal record certificate within 10 days from your application form’s acceptance.
- A requesting application form of the criminal record
- A certified copy of your current passport
- A certified copy of your temporary residence certificate confirmed by ward police where you live.
Register for a criminal record certificate online
Step 1: Firstly, access the website https://lltptructuyen.moj.gov.vn/home, then select your case as a foreigner residing in Vietnam. Do not forget to choose the city where you live and click the arrow to continue.
Step 2: Next, press “Get started” to fill full information such as name, date of birth,.. into the application form.
