We are looking for passionate and dedicated ESL English teachers to join our team. As an ESL English teacher, you will be responsible for teaching English language skills to non-native speakers, helping them develop their speaking, listening, reading, and writing abilities.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging and interactive English lessons to students of various proficiency levels
- Create a supportive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student participation and confidence
- Deliver lessons that incorporate a variety of teaching methods, materials, and resources to cater to different learning styles
- Assess student progress regularly through tests, assignments, and class participation
- Provide constructive feedback to students to help them improve their language skills
- Monitor individual student performance and adjust teaching strategies accordingly
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff members to share best practices and enhance the overall learning experience for students
- Stay updated with the latest teaching techniques and methodologies in ESL education
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree (Education or Linguistics major preferred)
- TEFL/TESOL certification if the Bachelor's Degree Major is not in Education or Linguistics
- Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with students from diverse cultural backgrounds
- Patience, flexibility, and adaptability in adjusting teaching methods according to individual student needs
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to effectively manage time and resources
