We are looking for candidates for Social Study Teacher for International Schools in Ho Chi Minh City :

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • To teach diligently and faithfully the classes or subjects assigned to the Board of Principals.
  • Plan and deliver engaging lessons that meet the needs and interests of students
  • Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to help them achieve their full potential.
  • Collaborate with other teachers, administrators, and staff to support the overall mission of the school
  • Participate in professional development opportunities to stay up-to-date on best practices in education
  • Engage with parents and the community to promote the school and build strong relationships
  • Cover for absent colleagues when necessary;
  • Other relating duties assigned by Board of Principals.

1.2 WORKING HOUR:

40 hours per week (7:30 – 17:00) from Monday to Friday.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • A bachelor's degree in education
  • Experience in teaching American history or major in history
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience teaching in an international school
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A passion for education and a commitment to student success
  • Ability to differentiate student-learning experiences through the use of a variety of teaching and assessment strategies in order to meet the needs of all students.
  • In-depth knowledge of teaching methods and legal educational procedures.
