RECRUITMENT CUSTOMER SERVICE - UNIFARM

In this position, you will be expected to learn the ins-and-outs of our daily routines and procedures and have experience in Import and Export procedures. You will focus on learning how our organization runs, and can be expected to gain valuable insight that can further their interest in your chosen career field. In addition to office duties, the internship will have the opportunity to meet managers, executives, and members of the team.

• More than that, you would have an opportunity to get to know all the Vietnamese people as well as culture.
• Attending to all the working process as Customer Service.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist Managers in doing Import and Export Documents.
• Support the all teams in daily administrative tasks, reply customers’s emails.
• Meet Customers, have business trips, attend exhibitions in Vietnam, Japan, Indonesia, Thailand, Asian countries ….. .

Requirements and Qualifications

• High school degree or equivalent (Import and Export Major); must be enrolled in an accredited university/college program to receive credit.
• 20 - 40 years of age.
• Nationality: Canada, American, European, …
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-directed and able to work without supervision.
• Energetic and eager to tackle new projects and ideas.
• Communicate in English.

Working Schedule

• Working time Monday – Friday from 8.00am – 5.30pm ( break time from 12pm – 1.30pm)
