ILO Academy is a bilingual preschool offering the best of an enhanced globalised Finnish early childhood play-based learning education and the Vietnamese preschool framework.  This is a position that offers both internationally recognised accreditation as an early childhood teacher trained in play-based learning methodology via the University of HAME in Finland, the country recognised as the world's leading model of early childhood education, as well as a deep career pathway, starting as an Expat Teacher, reporting directly to ILO Academy's National Academic Manager.

ILO is the 'sibling' of ILA and will be supported in all ways by ILA and your experience as an expert ILA Jumpstart teacher is key to be considered for this role.  ILA's entry into the preschool business is a long term venture, with the likelihood of at least (if not more) 10 schools opening regionally within the next two years.  You will be trained in inquiry-based and evidence-based teaching to support play-based learning pedagogy per a globalised adoption of the Finnish model of ECE, with curriculum, pedagogy and teacher training support from our partners Kipina Kids (www.kipinakids.com) and the responsibilities of teaching across the various age groups and managing local teachers with excellent experience in kindergarten teaching.

WHAT WE OFFER

• Contract type: Full-time (12 months)
• Base salary: from 40,000,000 VND/ month
• Performance pay: up to 2 months of base salary
• Health care: covered by ILO
• Severance: 0.5 month of base salary for completing contract
• Annual Leave: 12 days/ year + national holidays
• Visa & Work Permit: covered by ILO
• Lunch provided by ILO
