B. Job description
Teachers hold a vital role in effectively delivering Native X tailor-made online lessons, actively engaging students in live class learning activities, and helping them learn English in the best way that they can. Teaching activities include:
- Provide sufficient teaching hours as required;
- Tightly follow provided lesson plans and presentations to teach students general English skills or other Topica English programs;
- Correct pronunciation; grammar mistakes for students;
- Complete class feedback;
- Conduct substitute teaching when needed;
- Follow the requirements stated in the current effective Teacher’s Handbook.

1.Education & Training
- A Diploma/ University Degree;
- English Language Teaching Certificate (TEFL/ TESOL/ CELTA);
2. Skills, Abilities, Experience
- Achieve advanced English proficiency level;
- Has a minimum of one to three year of English teaching experience;

- Operation System: at least macOS: 10.9 / Windows: 10 Professional;
- Hardware: At least CPU: 4 core 1.8 GHz; RAM: = 8 GB;
