JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Nationality: America/England/Canada – Native English Speaker
• Have Bachelor certificate/Degree/PGCE/QTS, major: English Education/ English development
• At least 2 year experience in English teaching/ training
• Priority is given to candidates with experience working in Vietnamese education environment
• Required soft skills: communication; problem-solving; classroom management; …
• High-sense of responsibility; creative; sense of humor; well – organized; psychological understanding

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Teach ESL program for students in different ages according to assigned timetable
• Prepare weekly lesson plans and programs according to the school's orientation and curriculum
• Interact with related department and parents in teaching and skills training for students
• Regularly report to the Principal and the Management Board of the situation, difficulties arising in the teaching process
• Actively give solutions, ideas and suggestions to build effective curriculum
• Monitor, evaluate and establish regular reports on student learning, skills and behaviors
• Provide solutions to improve students' ability to use English and other skills
• Orient the development in learning and life skills for students
• Participate in extracurricular activities, school events in a positive way
• Perform some other arising works according to the direction from the Principal and CEO
