Description
Responsibilities:
- Full induction program (training/observations) of the unique I Can Read Methodology &
- Providing trial classes
- To do enrolment tests to reach conversion ratio 1:1
- Ready to mobile to Company to run a demo, trial classes
- Ready to mobile to centers to conduct MKT activity plan with sales team to drive enrolments
- Support Special Events and Projects
- Part of the team for special events, road shows, exhibitions seminars for brand promotion from time to time
- Developing marketing strategies, together with the management team.
- Provide assistance to ICR centres, to Academic Operation Manager and Operation Manager.
- Class cover when not enough teacher for a temporary stage
- Reporting line: Marketing & Sales Manager
- Requirements:
- Expat candidate is preferable
- Have at least 1 year of experience teaching English as a foreign language and experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in English (Master's degree in Educational Administration is an advantage)
- Demonstrate fluency in the field of education.
