JOB DESCRIPTION

A. Primary Role

1. Teacher Scheduling optimization: 40%
- Scheduling for teachers to ensure the optimization of the number of hours of full-time teacher.
- Schedule and ensure that there are enough PT, Relief teacher to cover classes when needed.
- Work with HR & Operation to manage forecasting FT, PT, Relief teachers based on the Time Table & Class forecasting so as to prepare pre-interview for Academic Manager or assist Academic Manager to complete 1st round interview followed ICR Teachers Interview platform SOP
- Class observation to check operation efficacy

2. Teacher Recruitment Assisting: 30%
- Liaise with Operation & HR department to review and update Teacher Profiles, Job Description and job advertisements
- Conduct 1st interviews for all suitable experienced and qualified teacher candidates.
- Sending link to Online Grammar test and check if teacher has completed and passed the test , get & conduct verbal interview
- Development and review of HR processes, systems and materials.
- Provide guidance and support to teachers with HR matters.
- Once teacher has been selected, present training schedule, Letter of Offer, Employee Data Form and Health Declaration Form to teacher, ensure the teacher returns all within set timeframe.

3. HR communication to teacher 30%

- Provided HR Teachers onboarding training & assist Academic Manager to Co-train on PD
- Responsible to propose Teachers Retention , Teachers Engagement plan & execute approved plan
- Ensure that all HR related communication is relayed timely to the teaching team and ensuring the teacher team is always fully informed of all HR policies and procedures.
- Communicating and coordinating between HR team and teaching team, regarding any questions, concerns or matters raised by both teams.

B. Secondary Roles: Business Support

1. Assisting in organizing and delivering special promotional events, both within ICR centers and in other locations (where applicable).
2. Support to the Marketing Team, as being part of the team to help with special events, road shows, exhibitions and seminars for brand promotion or demos.
3. Class cover when not enough teacher for a temporary stage

JOB REQUIREMENTS

⮚ Bachelor’s degree in English (Master's degree in Educational Administration is an advantage)
⮚ Demonstrate fluency in the field of education.
⮚ At least 2 years’ experiences in the same position and 2 years of teaching, understanding students’ psychology and the literacy component of the language.
⮚ Good communication and persuasion skills.
