Overview of Position
We are currently looking for an experienced and passionate teacher to join our team and assist us with our mission to develop students holistically and prepare them for lifelong learning.
As a English academy teacher, you may be required to teach various age groups and proficiency levels, ranging from young learners to adults. You will need to adapt your teaching methods and materials to suit the needs and abilities of your students.
To excel in this position, you should have a strong command of the English language, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to create engaging and interactive lessons. Patience, adaptability, and a genuine passion for teaching are also essential qualities for a successful English academy teacher.

Duties and Responsibilities
40hours/ week which including teaching hours and admin hours with 2 days off per week
Working time will be discussed and agreed with the supervisor
Conducting Engaging and Comprehensive Lessons:
- Utilize effective teaching strategies to deliver engaging and interactive lessons.
- Adapt teaching methods and materials to meet the individual needs of students.
- Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes active participation and student engagement.
Providing Personalized Instruction:
- Foster interactive learning by providing personalized instruction to each student.
- Identify and address individual learning gaps and challenges.
- Offer guidance and support to help students achieve their language learning goals
Assessing Student Performance:
- Assign and evaluate classroom assignments, homework, and tests in a timely manner.
- Monitor and assess student progress regularly.
- Provide constructive feedback to students to help them improve their language skills
Reporting and Documentation:
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, performance, and assessments
- Prepare and distribute periodic progress reports and semester reports to students and parents/guardians.
- Communicate effectively with parents/guardians regarding student progress and any concerns.
Planning and Execution:
- Plan and execute educational activities and events that enhance students' language skills and cultural understanding
- Incorporate technology and relevant resources into lesson plans to facilitate effective learning experiences
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement curriculum plans
Professional Development:
- Stay updated with current teaching methodologies and approaches.
- Attend professional development opportunities to enhance your teaching skills and knowledge.
- Share best practices and actively contribute to the professional growth of the teaching team

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree Teaching Certifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education, English, or a related field (TEFL/TESOL certification is a plus)
- Strong command of the English language, both spoken and written.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
