POSITION NEEDED: EXPAD HEAD (Manager for Math/ESL field)

Working location:
- Campus Primary school: 41-43, 19/5 street, Van Quan urban area, Ha Dong district, Hanoi city
I. ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage the teaching quality of the English and Cambridge expat teachers at Ban Mai school system .
- Develop and manage the quality of foreign teachers' staff, the English Language division and the International Division of the School.
-Develop main/extra curricula as assigned by the direct manager
-Administration, communication, marketing, enrollment, recruitment and other activities under the supervision of direct manager
-Participate in direct teaching English or International Cambridge subjects as assigned by the direct manager and Board of Directors
- Participate in the school activities, training, meetings, and events on weekend if required;
- Establishing effective and healthy working relationships with staff, students, and parents
II. QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor degree (or higher education) major in English Language Teaching or English language with a PGCE; math teaching/ secondary education in Math
- At least 5 years of teaching experience in the apply position
- A passion for quality learning (being trained) and teaching;
