Description
IVY English by April is excited to launch in Vietnam in May 2015. Our program brings a new style curriculum and standard that will raise the bar of English education in Vietnam. We are looking for teachers to launch our first two IVY English by April learning centers in Hanoi, Vietnam. We will expand quickly and there will be opportunities for advancement for those interested in expanding their careers.
• Preparing and delivering fully organized lessons that are provided
• Classroom management
• Marking and providing appropriate feedback to quizzes, writing assignments, etc.
• Attending and contributing to training sessions
• Participating in a limited amount of paid marketing events for the language center
• Basic administration: taking attendance, inputting grades, giving monthly feedback on student progress, etc.

Education background:
• Bachelor's degree in any field paired with TEFL/TESL qualification(100+ hours completed in class) OR a teaching certificate OR a minimum of 5 years experience in teaching/training
Benefits of teaching:
• Entry level salary range of $1,800-$2,100 for a maximum of 120 teaching hours a month
• Over-time hourly rate of $22 if maximum teaching hours is surpassed
• Health Insurance support
• 12 vacation days plus national holidays
• Work permit fee: provided
• Accommodation fee: $300.00 monthly
• Bonus for performance completion: $500.00
• Salary increase of $1 per teaching hour after every year
• Average class size of 10-15 students
