English Teachers in Hanoi

Hello everyone!

We are looking for 2-3 native teachers in Hanoi to teach classes of primary, secondary, and high school students (mostly Korean students who are studying in International schools..)

1. For primary school and early secondary school students teacher position:

1.1. Requirements:

- Native English speakers (American, Australian, British, Canadian, …)

- BA’s degree

- TEFL/TESOL Certificate or equivalent

- Willingness to commit for at least one year or longer

- An excellent level of English grammar

- A minimum of 1 year teaching’s experience

1.2. Job description:

- Preparing and delivering fully organized, fun lessons for high level ESL classes 

- Proofreading students’ short writings, up to 6 students (mostly 2-4 students)

1.3. Preferences:

- Majored in English language, Literature or Education

- Previous experience teaching International School Students or Korean students

- Female teachers are preferred

1.4. Salary and benefits: 

- Salary: negotiable and will be discussed in the interview (starting $22 including stipend)~)

- Benefits: work permit and business visa sponsorship supported, birthday bonus after working 6months, small size classes

1.5. Teaching hours: negotiable (in average of 18-22 hours per week) 

2. For middle secondary and high school student teacher position:

2.1. Requirements:

- Native English speakers (American, Australian, British, Canadian, …)

- BA’s Degree

- TEFL/TESOL Certificate or equivalent

- Willingness to commit for at least one year

- Experience with the IB program or SAT

- Experience teaching IELTS and/or TOEFL

- Capable of instructing high-level analysis and poetry

2.2. Job description:

- Preparing and delivering fully organized lessons

- Proofreading students' essay writing with detailed comments

2.3. Preferences:

- Majored in English language, Literature or Education

- Previous experience teaching International School Students or Korean students.

- Female teachers are preferred

2.4. Salary and benefits: 

- Negotiable and will be discussed in the interview

3. Schedule:

Our class size will be up to 4 - 6 students. Classes usually run between 3:00 pm and 9:00 pm from Monday to Friday. Your schedule would be flexible depending on your availability. 

4. Location: Tay Ho district, Hanoi
