English Coordinator of Secondary and High School

SenTia is now looking for qualified, compassionate, and passionate English Coordinator of Secondary and High School. The positions will be full-time, startingin July 2025.

Job description:

• Support teachers with lesson planning, material development, and classroom management strategies.
• Conduct observations and provide feedback to educators to improve instructional effectiveness.
• Assist in curriculum development, ensuring alignment with institutional goals.
• Organize and lead teacher training workshops or professional development sessions.
• Coordinate scheduling, class assignments, and faculty meetings.
• Act as a liaison between faculty, students, and administration to address academic concerns.
• Support the implementation of assessment and evaluation processes.
• Maintain academic records and ensure compliance with institutional policies.

Qualifications and Experience: You will…

• Minimum a Bachelor's degree in Education or related fields with Teacher certification/PGCE.
• A Master's Degree is preferred.
• Minimum 02 years of experience at similar position.
• Experience in management at bilingual and international schools is preferred.
• Be able to demonstrate effective communication, professional standards and ethical behaviour.
• Be prepared to enthusiastically take part in all aspects of school life, including becoming involved in school events and participating in extracurricular activities.
• Strong technology, planning skills, vision, and creative intelligence.
• Well-organized with excellent leadership abilities.
• Fluent level English speaker (minimum C1 fluency - evidence required for non-natives).
