Description
E-Space International (ESI) is an innovative language center that focuses on providing young and adult learners with opportunities to expose, interact and learn to communicate in English. Our two campuses are based in Dong Ha city, the capital of Quang Tri province, in central of Vietnam, where there are a lot of tourist attractions for you to explore in your free time.
The number of teachers required: 01 (ONE). Teachers from English-speaking countries or Filipino teachers
Position: Full-time
Requirements
* For Native Speakers
- Bachelor Degree or higher
- A CELTA, TESOL or equivalent TEFL teaching certificate
- ESL experience preferred (= or>3 years)
- A clear home country police clearance check
* For Filipinos:
- Plus C1 or C2 Certificate
Desired Skills and Attributes:
- Committed: work for a minimum length of one year
- Experienced: various to ESL teaching for young and adult learners, Cambridge English, IELTS.
- Self-sufficient: the ability to manage oneself in a new cultural environment
- Culturally sensitive: the desire to interact with Vietnamese staff and teachers
- Flexible: Willingness to adapt
Pay rate:
- For Native English Speakers: From 14 USD to 20 USD (IELTS teaching experience is an advantage)
- For Filipinos: 12 USD to 15 USD (IELTS teaching experience is an advantage)
Roles and Responsibilities:
- 20 to 25 teaching hours a week on a full-time contract
- Teaching the provided syllabuses
- Participating in extra-curricular activities o by the school
- Assisting in developing curricula and teaching and testing materials for courses and activities within the school
- Other academic responsibilities
- Willing to travel to teach at our partner schools (around town)
