Gateway International School is now looking to recruit 01 Vice Principal of the English Program.
Job summary:
Working hours: from 7:30 am – 4:30 pm (Monday – Friday)
Main responsibilities: Teaches English and directs the operation of the English programs
1. Cooperates with the School Board in completing short and long-term goals;
2. Develops and maintains a happy, positive and effective learning environment in accordance with the international standards;
3. Develops and maintains clear and effective disciplinary policy for students in alignment with international standards;
4. Takes the initiative to address concerns and complaints from parents;
5. Supervises students and teachers daily;
6. Supports in developing policies and procedures for the school;
7. Supports in completing the accreditation procedure for international schools;
8. Works closely with Academic Director and English Program Director to develop academic plans related to the needs of teachers and the school;
9. Observes English teachers and supports in meeting their academic needs and professional requirements.
Salary: 3700 - 4300 USD/month

Requirements:
1. Gender/Age/Appearance/Health: Male/Female from 27 years old, good health;
2. Degree level/Major: Bachelor’s Degree or higher, TESOL certificate;
3. Language/IT skill: Good computing skill;
4. Ability/Skills: Good teaching skill;
5. Experience: 03 years and more;
6. Preference: Having experience in Vice Principal position is preferred.
