Description
Vinschool, part of Vingroup, the largest private corporation in Vietnam, was established over a year ago, with the vision to become the leading, internationally-recognized education provider in Vietnam. We are looking for the position Academic Director of English Program. In this position, you will lead a group of talented staffs and teachers to develop Vinschool comprehensive English program from K through 12, implement progressive teaching methodologies, set standards for student educational outcomes and teacher recruitment, recruit and train teachers, monitor and conduct quality assurance for the English program, initiate and establish co-operation opportunities with domestic and international partners.
Education background:
- Master (MA) or higher, English Majors or English Teacher Training
Essential skills & Experience :
- At least 5 years of experience in research, teaching and administrating English program at prestigious and high quality educational institutions;
- Have good reputation with agencies of educational management, parents and community;
- Updated knowledge on advanced pedagogical methods, parents’ and students’ psychology.
- Experience as an Academic Manager/ Director of Studies is desirable but not essential as training and support will be provided
Personal qualities /Attitude to work - Attach importance to service quality and towards the final result of the work;
- Dedicated to education, friendly and insightful;
- Honest, fair, decisive, accepting personal responsibility, dedicated and able to withstand high pressure at work.
- Skill in planning and organizing work;

Other additional skills (foreign languages, Office skills)
- Fluency in English ( listening, speaking, reading and writing)
- Good at Information Technology Office is an advantage
