E&G Training

E & G Training Our story starts like most other companies. With a problem. The problem in our story is that there was serious lack of great English and Soft Skills Training in Vietnam. Alex and Mark met while doing different training programs in the same building. Once a week, they would bump into each other and chat about their work, the difficulties they faced, and most importantly, the opportunities that were there to create something new and amazing.

After enough hallways chats, the two decided to officially join forces and start E & G Training.

Alex and Mark began strategizing in how to become THE 'go-to' English and Soft Skills Training company in Vietnam. The answer soon became simple. Create our own training materials, with our own way of training that was Practical, Engaging, Thorough, and Agile.

Over the past few years, E & G Training has been steadily building up an eco-system of training courses, workshops, methodologies, and programs that continue to get better and better every day.

We are working hard to build a training company that has all of the skills you need for your professional growth. This includes Soft Skills, English Skills, and Leadership Skills.

We love what we do and we are so excited to share our trainings with you. We're here for you. For good.

So what do the E and G mean in our name?

Well, it has a double meaning. The first is the initials of Mark and Alex's last names (Eggering and Girroir). The second is the initials for our slogan "Excelling Growth".

Our approach is simple: Practical | Engaging | Through | Agile
