E-Connect Foreign Language Center was established in 2013 and has more than 13 years of experience in foreign language training and in coordinating English language programs at general education institutions across Hanoi and several northern provinces. Throughout its operation, the Center has gradually developed an experienced team of managers, academic staff, and native English-speaking teachers who are capable of meeting the requirements for delivering school-based English programs.

In particular, the Center places strong emphasis on the recruitment and management of foreign teachers through a rigorous process. Teachers assigned to schools possess appropriate professional qualifications, relevant degrees, English language teaching certificates and/or pedagogical qualifications as required. They also have experience teaching school-age students and are capable of organizing communicative and interactive classroom activities. The documentation of foreign teachers is carefully reviewed, maintained, and completed in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, including personal identification documents, academic and professional qualifications, evidence of teaching experience, health certificates, criminal record certificates, work permits, or equivalent documents as applicable to each individual case.
