Emergency passports have <strong>12-month validity<\/strong> and <strong>4 visa pages<\/strong>, and are designed to facilitate Australians returning to Australia as soon as possible. Some countries may not allow entry to emergency passport holders.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Standard passport renewals submitted by mail<\/strong> require a minimum of <strong>6 weeks<\/strong> to receive the new passport once payment has been taken and a complete application has been received.
