- Conducting in-house GMP and SSOP Seminar.
- Knowledge in SSOP, GMP and HACCP.
- Inspecting facilities for compliance to standards of the company.
- In-charge in documentations for compliance to HALAL.
- Making cGMP manual for compliance to HALAL.
- Making preventive/corrective maintenance if does not comply to standards.
- Checking of equipment/s,machineries inside the production area daily if it is in good condition.
- Review customers/clients feedback about the product being purchase.
- Make some Corrective/Preventive actions based on the complaints of the customer.
- Directly reporting to the Superior/Owner regarding on the Non-Conformity/ies found inside the production Area/Plant covers (Sealer, weighing scale pipe-lines, other in-house machines and etc.)
- Daily monitoring of Personnel Hygiene, Cold Storages Temperature, Truck Inspection before delivery, etc.
- Conducting Physico-Chemical Analysis of Powdered Products, Sauces using Refract. , pH Meter and other Laboratory Equipments.
- Manage audits for Clients like (NMIS,Department of Agriculture, City of Dreams, Kenny Rogers, Solaire, InterContinental, Jollibee, Manila Hotel, TWG, MacroAsia and etc.)
- Making/Providing product specifications for clients.
