Native English Teacher

Job Description:

American Academy is looking for experienced, dynamic ESL teachers to work in Ho Chi Minh City. We have year-round part-time positions open for teaching English for Children and Adults in weekdays and weekends. The ideal teacher is energetic, enthusiastic, and enjoys working with children and teens.

• Teaching Communicative Englishfor Children /Teenagers/Adults; IELTS, TOEFL iBT, TOEIC, FCE  (depend on teacher’s experience).
• Be responsible for planning, preparing and delivering lessons and activities for students based on prepared materials and fixed schedule.
• Be responsible for carrying out assessments, tests as well as giving comments on students’ performance at class. Write report for each student at the middle and the end of the course.
• Observe other teachers’ class if required.
• Participate in any activities not mentioned above which may enhance the English ability of the students if required (ex. Summer Fantasy, outdoor activities, etc.)
