FULL TIME HEAD TEACHER POSITION - HANOI

Role: To manage the foreign teachers within the company at various sites around Hanoi, by coordinating/liaising and by discussing teaching methods and issues. To give workshops/training to all the new recruited teachers. To observe and make evaluations on the teachers’ performances and help to create development plans for the teachers. To advise on the academic programs and related facilities to ensure teachers best practice. You will be responsible for setting the best example by teaching as an English teacher to young learners, so that foreign teachers can observe and learn from your methods.

Working Hours:

36 hours/week (Tuesday - Sunday 2pm - 8pm)

12 teaching hours per week (Students aged 3-11 years)

8 hours of teacher training

Working in the office to prepare the lessons, teaching and training materials. Teacher evaluation and observation. Interviewing new foreign teachers for recruitment. Meetings with the managerial board and the academic/teaching team

Conditions/Requirements:

Have a smart, clean and professional image as well as a clear and articulate accent

BA Degree

CELTA/TESOL/TEFL or other English teaching certificate

Clean police check

At least 5 years experience of teaching English to young learners

Experience as a Head Teacher would be an advantage

One full teaching term (August 2017-May 2018) contract to be signed
