Office Hours:
Monday: Off
Tuesday-Saturday: 10:00am-6:30pm
Sundays: Center Visits
Responsibilities:
- Audits
- Grand Opening Weekend Hours
- Teacher class quality
- HQ Workshops / Center Workshops
- New Center Support
- New Teacher Support•
- Management & Leadership
- CCTV-HT classes, audits and feedback sessions
- BM/OM/CSOL Survey Managerial Skills Workshops•
- Faculty Operations In-Center Audits; Remote Audits; Status Meetings•
- Other
Responsible to: Regional Area Manager
Time Commitment: Minimum of 1 year
Qualifications:
Past management experience (Minimum 2 Years) + past teaching experience in the ESL industry, strong communication and problem solving, ability to work in evolving role
- Degree
- TEFL / TESOL / CELTA
Support: Continuous support from ARM teammates
