Description
• Teach academic English and advise study skills to undergraduate students (up to 24 hours per week)
• Plan student-centred and participative lessons while following a designated syllabus
• Prepare supplementary materials
• Conduct and mark tests, assignments, examinations and projects
• Contribute in course design and development
• Participate in professional development activities
• Take part in out-of-class activities, as required
• Undertake other tasks as assigned by the Foundation Co-ordinator
Contract : 1 year (Starting from 25 May 2015)
Hours : Full time (up to 24 teaching hours per week)
Report to : Foundation Co-ordinator
Education background:
• CELTA, Trinity TESOL, or TEFL equivalent
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree is required
Essential skills & Experience :
• At least 05 year experience in teaching Academic English to High School or undergraduate students
• Clean police record
• Satisfactory references
• Adaptable, flexible and cultural sensitive
